1/2 Bath Header

I made this to go in our 1/2 bath that is located in the kitchen.  I have decided to make this a very girly/sissy bathroom.  I also have a mosaic powder room sign that will go the door.

Has lots of bling.  $1 jewelry from Bedazzle.  Pearls, acrylic gems.  Glass, metal and plastic beads/stars and balls.  Mother of pearl squares.  A fine china English tea cup that belonged to my sister Sharon.  She had it at a flea market for sale marked $36.  But, somebody broke the handle off and she gave it to me.  The pink gems around the edges is jeweled sewing trim.  

Several different plates....red - pink - white - a white with rose and a white with gold.

Small Red Mosaic Table

A $2 garage sale find table with was a dark brown stain.  

Painted it red.  Used a white/clear swirl glass.  Red/white half gems.  And red diamonds on the edge.

Black and White Paint Horse

Originally did this to go in my office at work, but have since hung it in our bedroom.  We are changing the wall color soon and this will go perfect with the color that I have picked out.

Mantel and Hearth

Don't you love when you have a vision in your mind and then it turns out exactly as you thought it up.  $30 cypress board with the live edge that we picked up at the flea market on our trip a couple of weekends ago.  Well, here's what we did with it.

We have 2 of these, they came from an Antebellum home in Vicksburg that was being torn down.

The larger squares are tile samples from my friend Nancy.  I used all of the squares that I had and then used brown glass to fill in on the sides around the square.
